  1. Do I need to wear sunscreen indoors?
Yes! You should apply SPF to all exposed areas of skin, especially the face, neck, and chest. Glass windows do filter out UVB rays however UVA rays can still penetrate through your windows which is harmful to your skin.
The Soleil Defense Gel Crème Sunscreen protects against UVA, UVB, Infrared Rays & Visible Light.

  2. How many times a day should I apply sunscreen?
Sunscreen should be applied generously on the body parts to be exposed to sun and reapplied every two hours, especially after swimming or sweating. If you work indoors and sit away from windows, you may not need a repeated application

  3. What is the difference between the UVA & UVB rays?
UVA rays form 95% of the UV radiation which reaches the earth. They penetrate deeper into the skin. and cause your skin cells to age prematurely.
UVB rays have slightly more energy than UVA rays. They have a short wavelength that can only reach the outer layer of your skin called the epidermis causing sunburn

  4. Do I need to apply sunscreen before or after moisturizer?
As a rule of thumb, you should always apply sunscreen as the final step in your skin care routine. Sunscreen should always be applied after moisturizer.

  5. How does a night cream help?
It fights the signs of ageing as you sleep, regenerating skin cells and resilience and corrects pigmentation for a firmer, more radiant appearance. It increases cellular activity and combats the signs of ageing.

  6. What environmental factors cause skin to age faster?
Ultraviolet rays also release unstable molecules called free radicals. These free radicals affect the skin’s ability to hold moisture, causing dryness.
Smoking can accelerate the normal aging process of your skin, contributing to wrinkles due to effect on collagen.

  7. Can I reverse the effects of skin ageing?
Of course, you can't reverse the signs of aging completely. However, you can make sure that your skin gets enough nutrition and hydration in order to look younger and fresher for longer, Ageing is natural and must be embraced.

  8. Can I start using the anti-ageing creams before I see signs of ageing?
If you start using effective products before those signs appear, you have a chance to delay ageing by some time.
